1. Provider

zavrodnix.com is operated by zavrodnix.com, LLC, Office 3, 14 Olzhych Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. EDRPOU 73975804. Email contact@zavrodnix.com, phone +380 734 980 7238. Managing Director: David Anderson.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally capable. Requests by minors require a parent or guardian.

3. Booking intro classes

A request is not a contract. A place is confirmed only after our reply by email or phone, and places are limited.

4. Prices

All prices are quoted in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price confirmed at booking applies.

5. Changes and attendance

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the class; later cancellations may be treated as attended. We may change instructors, schedules or venues for valid reasons.

6. Your obligations

Give accurate details, follow venue rules and do not misuse the site.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Ukrainian law.

8. Personal data and cookies

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent. Non-essential cookies are used only with your prior informed consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

9. Complaints and disputes

Email contact@zavrodnix.com; we reply within 30 days. Ukrainian law governs these terms.

10. Language

This page is in English for convenience; consumer information is also provided in Ukrainian and the Ukrainian text prevails in case of conflict.
